2025 Founders' Reserve 8-Year Bourbon Whiskey

Our fourth annual Founders’ Reserve marks an important milestone: it is our first CT-Grown Straight Bourbon Whiskey to carry an 8-Year age statement. Aged to maturity in #4 charred barrels and bottled at 100 proof, this release offers deep caramel and butterscotch notes, layered with hints of cherry, tobacco, and a touch of cinnamon spice on the finish. The extended aging and generous angel’s share contribute to its rich character and lush flavors.
